What we keep

Your account details, your enrolments and progress, what you submit for assessment, your orders, and the questions you ask the course tutor. Instructors see their own students' progress and grades, never other courses'.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. Course material and tutor questions are used to answer you; a course can opt out of anonymised use for evaluating the tutor.

Your controls

From your account you can download a copy of your data, choose which notifications reach you, and ask for your account to be deleted — it is removed after a 14-day grace period in which you can change your mind.
