Refund policy
Changed your mind about a course? Here is when you get your money back.
The rule
Ask within 30 days of paying and before you have worked through half of the course, and you get a full refund to the card you paid with. Once a certificate has been issued for the course it can no longer be refunded.
How to ask
Open your orders, choose the order and press Request refund.
What happens next
The course leaves your learning and the money goes back to the card you paid with; how soon it shows depends on your bank. Bundle purchases are refunded course by course.
